I am a girl from Bornholm, currently living in Glostrup. Education and work have kept me busy on Zealand, but there is no doubt that my heart belongs to Bornholm – the island’s nature, tranquility, rawness and beauty make it my absolute favorite place. In 2024 I took the big leap and threw myself into art full-time – and haven’t looked back since.

Nature is my great source of inspiration and forms the focal point in the vast majority of my paintings. Slowly, people, each with their own quirky quirks, have also become part of my favorite motifs.

My works move between the abstract and the figurative. They are variegated, loud, brightly colored – and beautiful. There are thick, rough layers, mixed with fine brushstrokes. Sequins, glitter and sand can sneak in.

With my art on the walls you bring joy, positivity and power into the room. It can be in the form of a quiet and calm breeze of joy, if you choose some of the more subdued works. It can also be a showstopper in the form of a loud explosion of flowers. The common denominator for all my paintings is that you cannot look at them without being hit by a rush of joy and an uplifting belief that everything will work out.
