About Artiiko
The name 'Artiiko' comes from a contraction of the words 'Artisan' and 'Collection'.
Artiiko is a Danish online platform for buying and selling unique home items created by small and large artists and craftsmen.
Our purpose
The purpose is to create a universe of unique, beautiful and high-quality homewares that can create personal and aesthetic homes. All products at Artiiko are made by craftsmen and artists who, through their passion for their craft, create things that make your home something truly special.
We help artists and craftsmen sell their products so they can spend their time on their passion, their craft.
Who we are
My name is Trine and I am the founder of Artiiko. I am a self-taught hobby artist living in Copenhagen. I am originally educated as an economist, but have always had a creative urge and passion for painting.
The idea for Artiiko arose when I wanted to sell my own paintings, but needed an easier and faster way to get started than building my own website and building a following on social media.
