Artiiko is a distribution platform where you as a customer can buy unique handmade products directly from independent artists. We handle payment, customer service and shipping in collaboration with the individual artists.
Conclusion of agreement
When you place an order on www.artiiko.com , you will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement between you and Artiiko is binding when you receive this message.
Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
You can pay with the following methods:
- Visa / Dankort
- Mastercard
The amount is reserved when ordering and is only deducted when the order is shipped.
Delivery and shipping
Since Artiiko collaborates with several independent artists, the products are shipped directly from the individual artists.
This means:
- Shipping is charged per artist if you order from multiple different artists
- Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
- Delivery time may vary as many products are unique and handmade. Typical delivery time is 5-10 business days.
We cooperate with shipping companies such as GLS, PostNord and DAO.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must:
- Contact us at info@artiiko.com to receive a return authorization number (RMA).
- Return the item directly to the artist in question - you will receive the relevant return address from us.
- Return the item in its original condition and packaging.
Note:
- Returns are at your own expense.
- Certain products (e.g. custom-made goods) may be exempt from the right of withdrawal - this is stated upon purchase.
Returns and refunds
Once the artist has received your returned item and approved its condition, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
- When returning parts of an order, the amount for the returned items will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
- When returning the entire order, both the price and the original shipping cost will be refunded, provided that it is a standard delivery.
- Refund does not include any payment fees.
Returns without prior agreement and RMA cannot be guaranteed to be processed.
Complaint
You have a 24-month right of complaint under the Danish Sales Act. If a product has a defect or deficiency, please contact us as soon as possible and at the latest within a reasonable time (typically within 2 months).
Send an email to info@artiiko.com with:
- Order number
- Description of the error
- Pictures of the item
We will then assess the matter and find a solution - e.g. replacement, repair or refund.
Limitation of liability
Artiiko distributes products from independent artists. We strive to ensure that all information on the site is correct, but reserve the right to make errors in price, delivery and stock status.
Artiiko cannot be held responsible for:
- Delay, damage or defects caused by third-party suppliers
- Indirect losses resulting from non-delivery or errors
Personal information
