Returns:

If you wish to return an item, it must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of the return and these are not covered by Artiiko or the artist. You are also responsible for any damage during return shipping, so we strongly recommend that you use a secure shipping method with tracking and insurance.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Before sending anything back, please contact us at [your email] to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Once you have received it, the RMA number must be clearly displayed on the return package.

Return address:

All returns must be sent directly to the artist who created the product. You will receive the correct return address when you request your RMA.

Refund:

If you cancel your purchase within the allowed time frame, you are entitled to a full refund, provided the item is returned unused and undamaged. We do not accept returns of used or damaged items unless otherwise agreed as a complaint. Once the artist has confirmed receipt of the returned item, your payment will be refunded – usually within 14 days – via the same payment method as the original transaction.
If you return only part of your order, you will be refunded the amount of the returned items plus a prorated portion of the original shipping cost, based on the number of items returned vs. kept.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the item has been received by the artist or valid documentation of the return has been provided. Any fees or additional costs will not be refunded.

Important :

We only accept returns that have been pre-arranged with our customer service. Returns sent to unauthorized addresses or without an RMA number cannot be processed.
